Ingredients
- 500ml de água
- 250g de batata-baroa
- 10g de azeite
- 50g de cogumelo portobelo
- 5g de sal
- 3g de curry em pó
- 20g de cebola
- 1 dente de alho
Method
Step 1
Coloque no jarro 10g de azeite, o dente de alho, 20g de cebola em pedaços e os cogumelos. Pique 5 sec - Vel 5
Step 2
Remova os ingredientes da parede com a ajuda da espátula, adicione 3g de curry em pó e o sal. Refogue 4 min - Varoma - Vel 1
Step 3
Adicione 500ml de água e a batata-baroa cortada em pedaços de 4cm. Cozinhe por 25 min - 100° - Vel 1
Step 4
Adicione salsinha e pimenta a gosto e processe por 15 seg - Vel 6
