Qual o Brasileiro nunca comeu um bom bolinho de arroz? Essa é a nossa receita deste tradicional tira-gosto.
Ingredients
- 2 xícaras para chá de arroz cozido
- 2 ovos
- 1/2 xícara para chá de parmesão ralado
- 1 colher para chá de fermento químico
- 1/2 xícara para chá de cebolinha picada
- 1/2 colher para café de sal
- 1 litro de óleo (milho, soja ou canola)
- 150g de muçarela
Method
Step 1
Preparar a massa é muito simples, simplesmente coloque tudo no processo com a lâmina de moer e processe por 40 segundos. Se não tiver uma processador você vai precisar moer o arroz em um moedor de carne (aqueles manuais feitos de alumínio). Não tem moedor também? Neste caso a saída é cozinhar um pouco mais o arroz e passar por um espremedor de batatas.
Step 2
Corte a muçarela em retângulos de 0,5cm x 0,5cm x 2cm.
Step 3
Pegue uma porção (uma colher para sopa bem cheia) de massa e achate na palma da mão. Coloque um pedaço de queijo e feche formando o bolinho. Para facilitar modelar molhe um pouco as mãos ou deixe a massa na geladeira por 1 hora.
Step 4
Frite por imersão em óleo a 170° até ficarem dourados, cerca de 4 minutos.
DICA
Se quiser o bolinho ainda mais crocante, mergulhe cada um em água e em seguida cobra com farinha de trigo. Frite em seguida.
Na falta do fermento químico use a mesma quantidade de bicarbonato de sódio
