Essa é uma receita muito fácil, rápida de preparar e fica uma delícia. A receita original foi compartilhada pela nossa amiga e Chef Eliana de Paula (instagram.com/ecpgourmet/). Nós testamos esse final de semana e ficou ótimo, além de muito bonito, a foto é do nosso bolo 🙂
Tudo é preparado no liquidificador e fica pronto em 25 minutos.
Ingredients
- 1 mexerica
- 2 ovos
- 2 colheres para sopa de óleo de coco
- 1 xícara de açúcar
- 1 e 1/2 xícaras de farinha de trigo
- 1/2 colher para sopa de fermento químico
Para Calda:
1 xícara de suco de mexerica
2 colheres para sopa de açúcar
Method
Step 1
Bata em um liquidificador a mexerica com casca, sem as sementes, os ovos e o óleo de coco. Depois acrescente o açúcar e bata mais um pouco.
Step 2
Em uma tigela peneire a farinha e acrescente o fermento. Coloque o creme que você acabou de bater e misture bem.
Step 3
Asse em forma de bolo inglês, de 10 x 22cm, untada e enfarinhada, em forno pré aquecido a 180 graus por aproximadamente 25 minutos.
Step 4
Enquanto o bolo assa prepare a calda levando ao fogo 1 xícara de suco de mexerica e duas colheres de açúcar. Deixe ferver por 5 minutos.
Step 5
Agora é só desenformar o bolo e cobrir com a calda que você fez. Aproveite!
