Bife a cavalo ou bife a Camões? Ontem rolou um super bife a Camões para o jantar aqui em casa. Isso mesmo, Bife a Camões, este é o nome do prato com um ovo. Com dois ovos vira Bife a Cavalo!
Diz a lenda que essa diferença é porque Luís de Camões era cego do olho direito, por isso o prato que leva o seu nome tem apenas um ovo! Batizar um prato assim hoje em dia seria até crime. kkkkk
Se você não sabia disso vai ficar mais surpreso em saber que o nome que você conhecia está errado. O nome original do prato é Bife com ovos a cavalo, mas o tempo cuidou de deixa-lo mais curto.
Independente do número de ovos ou do nome, é um prato delicioso e super simples de preparar. A receita básica é a seguinte:
Ingredients
- 800g filé mignon em bifes altos
- 4 ovos
- 1 dente de alho
- 1 colher de chá de sal
- 1 colher de sopa de manteiga
- 1/4 de uma xícara de chá de óleo
- 1 colher de café de pimenta do reino moída
Method
Step 1
Faça uma massa de tempero com o alho descascado o sal e a pimenta do reino. Você pode fazer no pilão ou em um mixer pequeno.
Step 2
Espalhe o tempero sobre os dois lados dos 4 filés.
Step 3
Aqueça uma frigideira grande, coloque os 4 filés diretamente na frigideira. Não precisa untar e nem ser anti-aderente. Frite por 4 minutos sem virar (6 minutos se quiser bem passado).
Step 4
Vire os filés. Eles estarão grudados e vai ficar um pouco de carne presa na frigideira. Deixe assim, isso vai dar mais sabor ao final. Frite por mais 4 minutos (6 minutos se quiser bem passado). Coloque um pouco da manteiga sobre cada filé.
Step 5
Jogue 1/4 de uma xícara de chá de água fria na frigideira e mexa os bifes para desgrudar todo o fundo da frigideira. Desligue o fogo, tampe a frigideira e reserve.
Step 6
Aqueça outra frigideira com o óleo por 30 segundos. Acrescente os ovos com cuidado para não furar a gema. Frite até perceber que a gema está no ponto que você gosta.
Step 7
Sirva um ovo sobre cada filé de preferência acompanhando de batatas fritas e salada de tomates.
