Discutir sobre o melhor pão de queijo com um mineiro é briga na certa. É como galo e cruzeiro, sabe? Não vou mentir que somos especialistas em preparar pão de queijo, mas de todas as receitas que experimentamos essa é a melhor, sem querer provocar ninguém 🙂
Ingredients
- 500g de polvilho doce
- 500g de polvilho azedo
- 4 ovos grandes
- 200g de manteiga
- 250ml de água
- 250ml de leite
- 1Kg de queijo (parmesão, minas curado, etc)
- 1 colher de sopa de sal
Method
Step 1
Comece esquentando o forno, pão de queijo precisa ser assado em formo bem quente.
Step 2
Aqueça o leite junto com a água e a manteiga até quase ferver. Cuidado, se o leite ferver vai derramar.
Step 3
Coloque o polvilho em uma vasilha funda. Adicione o leite quente aos poucos, cuidado para não queimar as mãos. A forma mais prática de fazer isso é usando um batedeira com gancho para massas. É importante adicionar o leite bem quente para escaldar o polvilho.
Step 4
Espere a mistura esfriar durante 30 minutos. Misture agora o queijo e os ovos.
Step 5
Faça bolas no tamanho que preferir. Lembre-se que depois de assado o pão de queijo vai dobrar de tamanho.
