Quem já tentou fazer pizza em casa, certamente já passou por um calvário.
A pizza fica com consistência de petisco de dog, a massa não assa. Assa nas bordas e fica crua no meio. Vira bolo. Enfim, é difícil chegar num resultado bacana.
Aqui em casa temos uma longa história de sofrência e já passamos por todas as etapas, tentando driblar os problemas: abre fino, aquece o forno por horas, compra fôrma, abre grosso, lasca azeite, esquenta a chapa, assa a massa primeiro…
Nada muito satisfatório no resultado final da danada. E olha que a nossa receita de massa fomos aprimorando aos pouquinhos, até ficar redondinha.
Eis que resolvemos experimentar um novo recurso então inédito por aqui: fazer a pizza na churrasqueira. Solução simples que é composta de uma pedra refratária, um abafador e espátula. Mas, plagiando o Renato (aquele da Legião): “quem me dera ao menos uma vez, que o mais simples fosse visto como o mais importante.”
O resultado dessa combinação não poderia ser mais acertado. Em quatro, cinco minutos (fora o tempo de aquecer a pedra) você consegue uma pizza crocante, assada por igual e de fazer inveja em muita pizzaria rodada por aí.

Ingredients
- 500g de farinha de trigo
- 250ml de água (morna)
- 15g de fermento biológico
- 1 colher de chá de açúcar refinado
- 1 colher de chá de sal
- 50ml de óleo de milho
- farinha de sêmola para polvilhar
- farinha de milho para polvilhar
Method
Step 1
Misture todos os ingredientes numa frigideira. A água deve ser morna para uma fermentação mais eficiente. Deixe trabalhar a massa por 20 minutos.
Step 2
Enquanto a massa é trabalhada, leve a pedra refratária do kit de pizza na churrasqueira e aqueça por cerca de 10 minutos.
Step 3
Coloque a massa numa vasilha coberta por um pano úmido ou plástico filme e deixe descansar por 1 hora.
Step 4
Abra a massa com rolo numa superfície polvilhada com farinha de sêmola preferencialmente. Se não tiver, use farinha de trigo.
Step 5
Acrescente o recheio da sua preferência lembrando que os topings frescos como tomate, cebola ou pimentão devem vir por cima.
Step 6
Polvilhe farinha de milho na espátula, (esse passo é essencial para a pizza deslizar facilmente da espátula) leve a pizza até a pedra preaquecida e tampe com o abafador. O tempo para assar é cerca de quatro a seis minutos.
