Entre os molhos clássicos da cozinha francesa certamente o Molho Béchamel é o mais usado no Brasil. Ele é o nosso tradicional molho branco, base de inúmeras receitas, muitas delas sem nenhuma influência francesa.
Preparar esse molho é muito simples, você só precisa de farinha de trigo, leite e manteiga.
Ingredients
- 250ml de leite
- 25g Manteiga
- 2 colheres para sopa de farinha
- sal, pimenta do reino e noz moscada a gosto
Method
Step 1
Leve o leite para ferver. Enquanto isso derreta a manteiga em uma panela de fundo grosso no fogo baixo. Assim que derreter adicione a farinha de trigo e mexa sem parar.
Step 2
Cozinhe essa mistura sem parar de mexer até ficar com uma coloração dourado claro. Cuidado, não é marrom, é dourado claro.
Step 3
Ficou dourada, acrescente o leite quente aos poucos, mexendo sempre para não empelotar.
Step 4
Tempere com sal, pimenta do reino e noz moscada ralada na hora. O gosto tradicional do bechamel vem da noz moscada, sem ela não é molho bechamel!
Step 5
Pronto, agora é só usar o seu molho no preparo das suas receitas.

Today, I went to the beachfront with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off topic but I had to tell someone!
