Croque Monsieur é um tradicional sanduíche francês. Você vai encontrá-lo em praticamente qualquer lugar da França, principalmente em Paris. Podemos dizer que é uma versão afrancesada (sofisticada) do nosso velho e bom misto quente. A diferença é que ele leva o tradicional molho Bechamel.
Existem diferentes formas de ser preparar o Coque Monsieur. Aqui faremos à maneira mais tradicional. Uma variação do Croque Monseur é o Croque Madame, no qual se acrescenta um ovo frito por cima do sanduíche.
Ingredients
- 8 fatias de pão de forma
- 60 g de manteiga amolecida
- 2 colheres para sopa de mostarda dijon
- 4 fatias de presunto
- 8 fatias de Queijo emmental
- 1 receita de molho bechamel (link aqui)
Method
Step 1
Espalhe a manteiga nas fatias de pão e leve para tostar no forno ou na frigideira.
Step 2
Sobre uma fatia de pão coloque um pouco do molho bechamel. Em seguida uma fatia de presunto e sobre ela uma fatia de queijo. Cubra com outra fatia de pão e sobre ela mais molho e outra fatia de queijo. Repita a montagem dos outros 3 sanduíches.
Step 3
Leve para assar em forno pré-aquecido a 180° por 5 minutos.
