É muito comum preparar atum somente selado (mi-cuit) com uma crosta de gergelim. Nós mesmo já preparamos algumas vezes.
Que tal variar um pouco e preparar um atum selado no molho de ostras e servido com uma salada de folhas temperadas com um molho a base de laranja? É um prato muito rápido, com poucas calorias e muito saboroso.
Ingredients
- 150g de atum (já limpo)
- 1 colher de sopa de molho de ostras
- 1 porção de folhas (alface, rúcula, etc)
- 8 tomates cereja (só para dar uma graça no prato)
- 50ml de suco de laranja natural
- 1 colher de sopa de molho de soja
- 1 colher de sopa de vinagre de maçã (use um de ótima qualidade)
- 1 pitada de pimenta branca
- ¹/2 colher de café de gengibre em pó
- Sal
Method
Step 1
Espalhe um pouco de sal sobre todo o atum, em seguida cubra o peixe com uma colher de molho de ostras. Deixe absorvendo o tempero.
Step 2
Lave bem as folhas escolhidas e deixe-as secar.
Step 3
Misture os demais ingredientes em uma vasilha e reserve. Deixe para temperar as folhas somente na hora de servir.
Step 4
Agora vamos selar o atum. Para isso aqueça uma frigideira anti-aderente em fogo baixo por 1 minutos. Agora vamos selar cada um dos lados do atum por exatos 2 minutos. Depois de selar os 4 lados retire da frigideira e deixe descaçar enquanto você finaliza a salada.
Step 5
Coloque as folhas em uma tigela funda e jogue sobre elas o molho. Misture bem e disponha no prato. Agora corte a peça de atum em 5 ou 6 pedaços e transfira para o prato. Finalize com um pouco de flor de sal sobre cada peça.
