A vontade de comer uma massa ao pesto já estava grande, foi então que recebemos de presente um talharim caseiro feito com abóbora. Aí foi a hora de juntar a fome com a vontade de comer e partir pro abraço! Preparamos a massa com um pesto de manjericão e nozes e um toque cro-croc de sementes de abóbora torradas na manteiga.
O resultado não poderia ser melhor 🙂
Ingredients
Separe as folhas de manjericão dos caules. É chato, mas colocar os caules vai estragar a sua receita, fica a dica 🙂
Num processador de alimentos bata o azeite, o queijo, as nozes e o alho. Tempere com sal e pimenta do reino e reserve. Vamos deixar para processar o manjericão somente quando a massa estiver quase cozida.
Cozinhe o macarrão em água fervente e salgada (usamos o @ameliamassaartesanal) de acordo com o tempo indicado, 7 minutos nesse caso. Antes da massa completar o cozimento, adicione o manjericão no processador e bata. Quanto menos bater, mais verdinho vai ficar porque a lâmina oxida o manjericão. Se preferir fazer um pesto "raiz", processe o manjericão no pilão. Em uma panela 'a parte junte uma colher de sopa de manteiga e doure as sementes de abóbora até ficarem crocantes. Mexa sempre pra não queimar, elas torram bem rápido.
Escorra o macarrão, misture o molho e acrescente as semente de abóboras tostadas.
